not dead

Hey. Sorry for not posting in a while. I've been (slowly) working on some new projects, and also there have been some unexpected life events to deal with. BOOM. BIG BADA BOOM. MULTIPASS. Et cetera. That and I'm slow. While I get my stuff together, please enjoy the following links:

WHAT ARE YOUR CRIMES???

Watch a creepy video of a smartass cameraperson (I think it's Tom Servo, but that's just a guess) being harassed by a cop, a security guy and a trio of crazy-eyed Scientologists at some sort of Scientology event in L.A. Seriously. You'd think an evil international world domination cult would be a little more suave, like Michael York in The Omega Code, and less like a bunch of sexually confused middle school bullies.

Venue Songs is of vital importance

I'm telling someone about the different versions of the They Might Be Giants album Venue Songs that exist. There's a double album (the original version-- I think this is the one with sunflowers all over the cover), the live version that was distributed on their website, and the new version that just came out last month, including all of the live tracks plus a large selection of previously unreleased bonus tracks.
For some reason it is very important that I convey this information. I look around for a pen and a sheet of paper to write it down on, but all they have is a coloring book and a fat sharpie. I scratch my explanation down in huge block letters that bleed through a dozen coloring book pages.
