bored in Burque

A week ago I played drums with Yoda's House at Stove. While waiting for the show to start I wandered around and took a bunch of photos. I'm not one of those people who likes to take photos of interesting people or notable events. Just concrete and wires.

I'm on Facebook now

Why? Why am I on Facebook now? Because I ran tests and discovered that my productivity could be even lower than it is. Also I'm not meeting enough hott uninhibited local singles. Hit me up and friend my widgets 'n' shit.

Little Red Riding Hood paper doll

I recently drew some Little Red Riding Hood figures to star in a short film being made by my friend James Kwan and his associates for the 48 Hour Film Project. You can snag a high res copy of one of the designs from my Flickr stream if you feel motivated to print out and construct your own. Arts and crafts are a safe and healthy alternative to intravenous drug use.

decadence

Normally I think of myself as above the whole BustedTees "visual pun + '80s reference = hilarity" thing, but damn if this shirt doesn't make my geek gland throb nervously. Someday I will probably give in and buy it, unless some other shiny thing distracts me in the meantime.

Also: this is the most amazing but undeniably overpriced limited edition hoodie in the universe. Good thing they're starting to sell out of sizes or else I'd have that purchase to feel guilty about.

Yoda's House tape art

The Hairy, Scootie and Friends Comedy Hour

Just uploaded a bunch of drawings I did last week while teaching a cartooning class in Santa Fe. "Hairy" and "Scootie" were named by the children. "Happy Birthday!!" was based on a request to draw "somebody getting stabbed," and "KILL" was copied directly from a panel in one of the kids' comics.
